講師：金井ケイスケ（SLOW LABEL パフォーミングディレクター、サーカスアーティスト）
中学で大道芸を始める。97年文化庁国内研修員として能を学んだ後、99年文化庁海外派遣研修員として、日本人で初めてフランス国立サーカス大（CNAC）へ留学。卒業後フィリップ・ドゥクフレ演出のサーカス『CYRK13』で2年間のヨーロッパツアー。その後、フランス現代サーカスカンパニー「OKIHAIKUDAN」をセバスチャン・ドルトと立ち上げ、ヨーロッパ、中東、アフリカなど35カ国で公演。2009年帰国。2015年よりSLOW MOVEMENTパフォーミングディレクター。パリ市とアンスティチュ・フランセが主催するLesRecollets2016を受賞。

 

▶ソーシャルサーカスとは
ヨーロッパで25年以上前に始まった、貧困・障害など社会的（ソーシャル）な 問題を解決するためのサーカス。サーカス技術の練習や習得を通じて協調性・ 問題解決能力・自尊心・コミュニケーション力などを総合的に育む。
世界的サーカス団「シルク・ドゥ・ソレイユ」では、巡回公演に合わせ、社会的課題を抱えた地域で、マイノリティの社会参画の促進を目的とした、 「シルク・ドゥ・モンド(世界のサーカスの意)」というサーカス学校を開いおり、国際的に高い認知を得ています。
スローレーベルは、イタリア・アジア・南米など世界各地のサーカス団と連携 しリサーチを重ね、2017年より「シルク・ドゥ・ソレイユ」のサポートを受けながら、さまざまな社会課題の解決に役立つソーシャルサーカスを全国に広めるプログラム開発に取り組んでいます。

This is the workshop that nurtures sociability, cooperativity and mental, physical function through circus using Cirque du Soleil method.
Everyone can enjoy regardless of disabilities.

▶Facilitator: Keisuke Kanai (SLOW LABEL Performing Director, Circus Artist) 

Keisuke Kanai has begun his training of street performing when he was in a secondary school. In 1997, he learned Noh (Japanese traditional art) as a trainee of Agency for Cultural Affairs. In 1999, he studied at Centre National des Arts du Cirque (CNAC) as a first Japanese trainee under the overseas study program for upcoming artists of the Agency for Cultural Affairs. After the graduation, he went to the Europe tour of circus ‘CYRK13’ directed by Philippe Decouflé for two years. After that, he established French contemporary circus company ‘OKIHAIKUDAN’ with Sebastian Dort and they performed in 35 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He came back to Japan in 2009. Since 2015, he became SLOW LABEL Performing Director. He was awarded Les Recollets 2016 that was organized by the city of Paris and Institut français.

▶ What is Social Circus?

Social Circus is the circus for solving social problems such as poverty and disability and it began more than 25 years ago in Europe.

Social circus nurtures cooperativity, problem-solving skills, self-confidence, and communicative ability comprehensively by practicing and getting circus skills. The world-famous circus company ‘Cirque du Soleil’ opens circus schools which are called ‘Cirque du Monde’ (The world circus) in local communities that have social problems with their performance tours. It aims to promote participation in society for minority people and their activity is acknowledged internationally. SLOW LABEL has cooperated and researched with circus companies in Italy, Asia, and South America. Since 2017, we have built a partnership with Cirque du Soleil and working on program development that spread social circus all over the country to help solve various social issues.
